The truth is the Republicans are afraid to battle with the Democrats over their spending. Each time they do the Democrats threaten to shut down the country. Personally I think they should put in a budget and if Biden decides to shut down our country, let him. My reasoning is that shutting down the government to save money is better then shutting down the country because there is no money. I like eating and being warm/cool, but at the rate we are going we won't have any of that.
