The prosecutor is a soros funded anti white racist, the judge is a heavy democrat campaign donor and all 12 of the jury are registered democrats. That is not a trial of an impartial jury by the defendants peers. That is a kangaroo court trying to harm their political and racial enemy. The governor was right to step in and pardon him. All of these left wing kangaroo courts now have a magnifying glass on them in Texas, most of them are in Austin, some in Houston. For anyone wanting to know the specifics. This guy was in a car when he saw protesters come near. Instead of driving away, he claims he felt threatened by a protester who was holding a gun towards the ground and was in a wheelchair. He could have driven himself to safety, or gotten out of there. But instead he opened fire willingly and knowingly killing innocent people.
The defense the shooter is using in this case. That he can shoot a guy with an assault rifle that was pointing towards the ground, because he felt threatened and needed to shoot the armed man first is exactly why Kyle rittenhause is guilty like this guy. It's also exactly why open carry needs to go away.

Well if this isn't politically motivated, I don't know what is. Could you imagine if the roles were reversed and it was a BLM protestor who shot a conservative Texan? I'm willing to bet the Governor wouldn't even consider a pardon under the exact same circumstances. He just wants to send the message that exercising your First Amendment right to peacefully protest and your Second Amendment right to walk the streets armed will potentially put your life in jeopardy by armed counter-protesters who know they will face no consequences for their actions. Despicable.
