A federal judge in Texas struck down part of Obamacare that required insurers to cover screenings for breast cancer, Type 2 diabetes, and some STDs including drugs that prevent HIV infections. The Biden administration will most likely appeal however, the ruling goes into effect immediately. NBC’s Mike Memoli reports.

I would like to point out the ridiculous concept that a BUSINESS or CORPORATION can have a religious affiliation. A person can be religious, their business cannot and should not be allowed to enact extreme cost-cutting measures while hiding behind the concept of religious freedom.

I found out that i had cancer during the Obama administration. Screening. Durning the Trump administration i lost my health care due to a $ 2 above minimum wage job. I have a choice between homelessness or healthcare. So no screens to be sure it sayed in remission.
