Now that Roe v. Wade has been overturned, it should become illegal for men to leave pregnant women. If women can't back out of becoming a parent, men shouldn't be able to either.
Proceed at your own risk. The law is still on the books, and the only thing that stopped enforcement was RvW. An injunction prevents enforcement in the meantime, but it does not mean enforcement can not proceed later, to include enforcing violations that took place during the injunction period.
You can try to sue someone for praying on a 50-yard line, you all attack the church and even imprison pastors for not complying to CDC guidelines, you all force us to wear a mask and take a vaccine (all of which goes against our right's,) and yet you don't want us to ban the murder of the unborn. Even the unborn has the God given right to life, and taking that away is going against our Constitution and Who this nation was founded under, and what it's God given purpose is.
