Whatever results they get…nothing will be done, no one will be held accountable. Commissions, investigations etc after a fact exist only because we just love them, we get a false sense that something is being done,they give the illusion of doing something, as opposed to really doing something; don't forget the money !!!. committees and commissions have astronomical sitting allowances and per diems are very lucrative. All of this is why everybody loves them at all levels.

A simple question, why police didn't use tear gas?
Who was responsible for not securing the door during lockdown? There should be at least two employees who sign off verifying doors are secured, had this happened, the gunman may have never gained entry into the school
