Substitutes there aren't required to undergo an FBI background check. They must be fingerprinted in Texas, to uncover any criminal background—in Texas. They must have 30 units of college credit for starting pay of $105 a day; with a bachelor's degree they get $120. Guess who's going to teach school for that kind of chump change?
That so called substitute teacher should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law she was reckless and criminal minded and is a threat to any school district anywhere

The school officials should have identified the substitute teacher and called the police immediately. This ''Lady'' should have her face plastered all over public media so schools will never hire her in the America.
