wow ABC, it's like you showed the promo material for the pig farms. The conditions are so much worse than what you are showing. The right to rescue case decision was made on this industry. Pork producers seem to be ignoring the fact that this new law is the will of the People, expressed through their government. If the people are willing to sacrifice 25 cents a pound to know that the pork they are consuming was produced humanely, then that's what the people should have.
The fact that it's been done cruelly for 40 years is not an argument for continuing. Whining about "regulations" ignores the REASON why these regulations were passed in the first place.
Create a free range label and let the consumer decide. Let buyers vote with their wallet.

Good. I hope they loose. Meat is lives. I eat it, but I believe in respecting the animal. Eat less, or pay more. Americans eat crazy amounts of meat, and are notorious for animal cruelty. Deal with it.

If you've never raised pigs nor know anything about pigs behavior and habits you would know that after a mother rings her babies she definitely needs to have her own area they will fight sometimes to the death so it's actually protecting those pigs right having them in their own area could that area be bigger than definitely I have pigs and they run the whole property but if there was a mama who has winged her babies she's put into a big corral but big companies don't have the area and I don't think people are willing to pay for what beef steaks cost in the stores now. Most people can't afford the prices of beef and believe me pork will go that high possibly higher it's a fact but I don't believe in being cruel to any animal All my animals run free but I understand what the big producers are saying
