The stock market is a ponzy scheme. Mark my words "they are going to pull out right before they crash it. Once it hits rock bottom, and people lose all their assets, they will put their money back in and then all the sheep will follow."
Problem is, as interest rates fly up every family in debt with maxed out Credit cards are going to get clocked. Late last year people went out and bought houses selling over asking price. Now all those people are going to be underwater just like in 2007/2008. Banks are going to take losses again and people will be walking away again. We saw this coming a year ago and no one did a single thing to protect themselves. MAYBE this time the lesson will stick, you can not spend more than you make.
Everybody saw this coming….Everybody. And your a fool if your a small investor and invest in the Stock Market with increasingly close crashes. Stable government backed debt is what fuels Middle Class and Elderly investment. Do you "Smoes" really think that people barely making it each month are taking what slim disposable income they have and throwing it at TESLA or META or Stocks and Bonds in general. Stock Market is for big money brokers, investment people who can afford to buy low, sell as it crashes and re buy back in low…..then it is just a game for instituti9ons that can afford to lose and buy back. Elderly and Middle Class buy and then lose…..and stay broke.

Raising interest rates will do nothing to contain inflation caused by Energy Policy. The intentional war on American energy began with the cancellation of Keystone XL and raising interest rates will do nothing to stop it. Restoring Keystone XL and expanding US drilling and fracking permits are the only steps needed to stop inflation.
