Not only does the spending add to it but because of the spending other nations are selling their bonds at record rates. In the last two weeks billions of dollars on bonds have been sold. Spending like we are only creates the question of, Can you repay me ? Add on top of that the loss of the Petro dollar. That was like our ace in the hole because since 1948 everyone world wide that bought and sold oil used Petro dollar backed by the US dollar. This year OPEC started to accept other countries currency putting an end of that practice. Now BRICS is assaulting the dollar as the world currency. All this goes back to the excessive spending that has happened in the last two years. When your debt is greater than your GDP people start wondering about your ability to repay your loans.
The last thing a criminal government does before a nation collapses, is rob the Treasury. Better prepare for caveman times. Remember the faces of these bastards in charge.
