Having visited New York many, many times, there are definitely enough rats, chipmunks, squirrels and pigeons for owls to prey upon.

Flacco has been cleaning up my city of Rats for a while his main hunting ground for rat catching is city hall. Flacco is expected to spend his vacation at the Capitol Building. Flacco told reporters he has bigger rats to catch!
Owls are the greatest bird and mammal in my book.
