First Brandon Lee and now this? Film companies need to get better safety management to inspect weapons before they are used on set. This is sad and messed up. I know accidents happen but this could have been prevented.

It all comes down to the Armour she was responsible to make sure there were no live rounds on set and that the gun functioned properly
And it took this long to determine this? A live round was in it and it was cocked (a revolver can't be fired without the hammer being cocked) which has to be done by the user. This is being investigated by fools.
