Pakistan doesn't really have the system to nurture the average players to perform at the international level. It's all because of pure talent Pakistan is able to compete in international cricket . What PCB needs to do is to use that money that it generates from Icc to mainly spend that on Club Cricket in KPK Balochistan PUNJAB Sindh Kashmir and other areas to groom them for the world standards. Grade Cricket is important to find players. You can't just rely on Only raw talent. You need a strong system to increase the supply to the domestic cricket.
