really? we just watched the democrat's replace a sitting justice that had no intention on retiring until he was instructed to do so. … This is what Roosevelt tried to do back in the 30s… increase the court and pick replacements while the current justices were still in those seats so that when they did vacate the seat, there was somebody in line to immediately take the seat…. of course, we live in the era of ignoring history and rewriting the past….
