As I recommend is to create charter city with huge and high concrete wall surround the the boundary of the city and send some border patrol to supervise around the boundary. And them set a security checkpoint like airport to allow peoples coming in and out. Then peoples can choose to move in. When the city population are overwhelming can create another charter city to store the new population.

If active shooter lockdown drills are mandatory for grade school students then teaching CRT and other banned subjects shouldn't be problems.
Children with effects of shootings & dockdown drills are indeed a crazy reflection of our society.
But what about the effects of Republicans' lies, misinformation, gaslighting and just straight up crazy conspiracy theories? We already know the Buffalo, NY shootings were a direct result from Republicans' 'Replacement Theory.' There are plenty of samples of politicians (Trump, MTG, etc.) inciting violence & insurrection. Destructive rhetorics & behavior is everywhere originating from Republicans.
After decades of living through Republican spews of extremism, people will crack. We're seeing younger killers these days because Trump has normalized bad behavior. The NRA has infiltrated American mainstream. AR-15s are seen as "cool" by millions of teens.
America not only needs gun laws, we desperately need legislation for accountability for crazy conspiracy theories that incite or "trigger" acts of violence and/or murder. Responsibility and accountability is somehow lost upon American consciousness. Freedom of speech is clearly something no one wants to lose. But by now we should all know freedom of speech has nothing to do with extremism & destructive rhetorics that is used for political gain. Republicans want to claim that guns are simple tools. Well we also know they use propaganda & rhetorics and essentailly free speech as tools. If there are regulation for tools, we need to discuss regulations for accountability. Yes, I said for accountability, not for freedom of speech. There is a difference.
Many children can't even study, play and live peacefully, thanks to the senseless firearm accessibility in the country. People should've seen what other developed countries have done to minimize the mass casualty events and thought about the long-term effects

My little students love lockdown drills. (weird, right?) I don't really tell them more than we're doing it incase a bad person comes into school. I don't ever say the words gun or shot at. I try to keep it light…like hide and seek, but I don't call it that either. They hold back giggles as they run for their assigned places. However, now that they can understand a little about what is happening in the news, they might be more afraid. I think it's best if young children do not watch any of this on the news. There's no point. It should be discussed minimally, unless they are asking a lot of questions. Even then, answer the questions, then change the subject to something pleasant, and move on. If parents are calm, then kids will learn to be calm. (Unless you're involved in the trauma…then I can't begin to tell you what to do.)

When I was younger there was a ban on assault rifles and there were no shootings. None. Stop twisting the Second Amendment.It was meant for a well regulated militia. Our guns are not regulated. And we do not need a militia because we now have a military. Our forefathers in the 1700s did not intend for this to be the future of the country they were creating.

I work in a garden program in an elementary school and a couple of years ago we had a real lockdown and I was seriously traumatized by the experience. We were outside and had to run to the nearest classroom and lock and barricade the door and keep all these Kindergarten through second graders calm and perfectly quiet. We had no clue what was going on and why we were on lockdown. I think that's what made it so scary. Not knowing what was happening. I feel sorry for the kids who have to live like this and I hope I never experience a lockdown again. Not even a drill.

After that there were a few lockdown drills and we did think about what we would do if the worst should take place but we weren't having school shootings happen with this frequency and I was well into adolescence when I had to start thinking about this stuff. All claim that this is a horrible tragedy yet none of the contributing parties will accept any culpability.

Instead of building all these nice fancy new architectural schools why don’t we take a little bit of the money and build fences around the schools and locking gates to where nobody can come in and out security like a prison OK OK
