  1. We are continuing to increase middy rate rents across our portfolio because our interest rates roll over after 5 years… ie we pass the interest rate burden to the tenants

  2. Unemployment is high! People who are not actively seeking employment are not counted as unemployed. Many people who lost their jobs are getting government aid. These people don't want to go back to work. They're not counted as unemployed. Biden is deceiving us to make us think the economy is doing really good.

  3. you have to blame Wall Street for this crisis. they're the ones who's buying up all the homes so you cannot own your own home they're crushing the American dream to own your own home. especially down the Southern States. don't believe me go google it for yourself .Wall Street is Coming For Your Home . it started with Blackrock.

  4. People are loosing corporation jobs

  5. The Fed and the banks need people to be over extended and in debt and when they default on that debt the banks win.

  6. I have 8 months saved up for bills and an emergency fund set aside for repairs. I did just buy a house and was able to get it for 8%. It was on the higher end of my budget but I have a few extra hundred to put away each month for repairs. The home is turnkey but I know expenses will come down the road which I'll be prepared for. Hypothetically speaking, given the worst case scenario and layoffs start happening; can my emergency fund be in good use to invest and linked to our mortgage to increase interest overtime? rather than defaulting on mortgage
Is that a feasible way to pivot?

  7. Rent control, regulations, and loss of property rights for landlords contribute to less housing

  8. Wheat doubles a loaf of bread goes up about 50 cents. Will chocolate really double? I doubt it.

  9. Housing, Education, Healthcare, Guess Who Gets It Free!

  10. The rent and Fox housing business deals go together.

  11. 0:32 everyone has two jobs this is why unemployment is at 3%

  12. Although there are several excellent firms in my portfolio, this year has seen no growth. About $600k is sitting in my reserve and needs to be invested.

  13. They go together with 40 million illegal immigrants needing housing and the government paying their rents. Deport them and real estate will free up at lower prices.

  14. Greed. Greed. Greed. Wreckless greed.

  15. When Work/Corporations…. wont pay the people a salary…. over 5-8years. No Living Wage. we cant afford anyhing.. no new car.. no future fsmily savings. No dinner marinaded chicken

  16. My rent started off at $1800. 3 years later it's been raised to the point that I now pay $2400. And guess who was laid off months ago? Me. It's an obvious equation. I got the first job I could get. Now two but it doesn't cover everything. You can't win at this rate. It's not made for us to win.

  17. A well-researched and informative piece.

  18. She doesn't think it's funny, she wants those chocolates😅

  19. Inflation is permanently over 55%+ for over 90% of goods and services. The poor cannot afford anything anymore. No livable wages = homelessness

  20. HARDCORE FACT: As technology improves and artificial circuitry is installed more and more, the elite will do everything in thier power to shrink down the global population by force by any means necessary. Elite want Earth to be thier own self contained playground of debauchery. They also enjoy seeing humans suffer immensely.😢

  21. Because so many people overpaid for homes even while loan rates were low, I believe there will be a housing catastrophe because these people are in debt. If housing costs continue to drop and, for whatever reason, they can no longer afford the property and it goes into foreclosure, they have no equity since, even if they try to sell, they will not make any money. I believe that many individuals will experience this, especially given the impending mass layoffs and rapidly rising living expenses.

  22. Biden's hyper inflation is killing our country. He is printing billions of dollars and handing it away to Ukraine and illegal immigrants. Thus causing the devaluation of our currency. Welcome to Bidens hell.

  23. This is the prime reality of bidenomics working at its best f m l we need a republican office

  24. Black rock has been buying every house in America and turning them into rentals. Your retirement money at work

  25. Houses need to be smaller and cheaper and closer together. I live in a little house made in 1941 and it is paid off and has been cheap to own due to low heating bills and other advantages from having a small house. It was also built better than the garbage today. All these sprawling suburbs are going to choke us out because they are expensive to maintain and will fall apart in 20 years. We must build smarter.

  26. Wake the f*"k up we are in a recession and have been in it for at least 6 months if you earn less than 150 thousand a year you morons wake up and get it right

  27. Rent how about if you're renting from somebody and they just decide to sell the house because it's too much for them anymore ,so they sell it to somebody else and throw the rentors out whom can't find a place to live because all the rents are too high and now they're on the street….

  28. There was a surge in greed when the Democrats got into the coronavirus money and worse after Biden took office Stoll office

  29. can fox do a single segment without mentioning joe or trump i just want to hear business news not propaganda

  30. recession will hit 2025 after biden is allowed to be president!

  31. 60% of my income goes to rent, what is this 30% BS?

  32. Lets bring in more migrants and add to a problem

  33. The bottom is about to drop out of commercial and single-family h real estates

  34. This is where they forgot how they sank all the middle class owned rentals in these big cities by telling everyone not to pay their rent for two years over the Pandemic, and made it impossible to evict the worst tenants.
The reason rents are so high in these areas is nobody wants to take the risk to pay for a house and let someone else live in it for rent. Im a mom and pop rental and rent out clean affordable apartments…. and there is no rent amount worth leasing anywhere near NYC, California or Chicago. I'd be bankrupted by squatters in a year!

  35. an end to a once great nation, very sad

  36. imagine having a job and still cant pay bills

  37. People we don't have to accept this high inflation or high taxes I realized that there's a lot of things we can do without that we don't need first of all cut up your credit cards get rid of those high interest credit cards do not spend beyond your means get on a budget and stay on a budget instead of buying that expensive Starbucks coffee buy some your own coffee and make your own coffee before you go to work like I used to do I'm retired now so I don't drink as much coffee as I used to but anyways cut corners there's a lot of things you don't need you don't need the Nike tennis shoes you can go to the salvation army store or Goodwill store and get some good used shoes and clothing there's nothing wrong with that you know you don't have to wear Prada or Gucci and all that😊

  38. 95B. Forgein Bill that just passed
    US get higher rent
And food benefits make it make sense
Years of hard work and forgein countries get to enjoy the income tax money

  39. Ya but they already said they building military housing so it's obvious why.
