There are at least 307 deaths and more than 25,400 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in the U.S. Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen Pence were tested Saturday after a staffer tested positive for COVID-19. Pence’s spokeswoman tweeted the results of both tests were negative.
