Okay now Supreme Court needs to erase every single gun law any state has laid out…they are ALL unconstitutional & the stages have no authority to law any of its citizens out of their 2nd amendment…end of story

I have a permit in NY but it’s restricted for target hunting only. The politicians will make almost every area a sensitive area so it will be impossible to carry. It will take years for this then to move through the court, and after they lose, they will again do something else to try and restrict carry. If they expended the same energy to catching criminals with guns, and convicting them instead of plea bargain the charges away, we would not have the problems we have.
When a legislature has to get down so deep that they must parse words, periods, commas, exclamation points, guess about someone else’s state of mind, use equivocations, re-define the plain and usual meaning of words, make it so deeply technical on numerous levels and so granular, few can make sense of it, it introduces deliberate vagueness and numerous “what ifs”. It generates more deliberate confusion and impossibility than clarity – these are not laws, they are political traps intended to muddle up elements of a crime. You can see just how complicated all this can get with numerous combinations and permutations of situations. They will always re-purpose the original stated intent.
MA is only technically “May Issue”. You do have to give a reason on your LTC application but the officer who I did my pistol safety class with coached us to write in “all lawful purposes”. It’s a pretty broad reason and will get you your gov permission slip in all but a few jurisdictions. Don’t get me wrong, MA gun laws are atrocious and you shouldn’t have to get permission from the government to exercise a RIGHT but the MA licensing scheme isn’t as restrictive as people think.
The Supreme Court can obtain any article or bill that is on the books. If New York politicians wanna game the system perhaps the court can give an opinion anyhow and express how not to write a bill.
Someone please tell me where the words "except by law" is in the second amendment. You can't it's not there. However "shall not be infringed" is.

Shall not be infringed. That means no law can limit our right to own any gun we want. All gun laws are illegal and should not be followed. The only reason a government would want to take away our guns. Is because they know we can use them to remove the tyrants. Just like what’s happing in America right now. We must remove these evil politicians and charged them with treason. And take the money they stole back to the people. Biden and the rest are pure evil and only the good people can stop them. And we do it with our guns!!!

These asshats need to read the Constitution as it RESTRICTS THE FEDERAL AND STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS POWER OVER THE PEOPLE! The Constitution ONLY affirms the rights we already enjoy. I am laughing at GOVERNMENTS thinking they will be able to bar carry in certain places. They may ONLY in places where it is HISTORICALLY supported, any NEW places is prohibited by this ruling and this ruling makes it plain that OPEN CARRY is legal without ANY license or permit requirement. Also, this ruling makes it clear that bans on certain firearms and accessories that are "in common use" are un-constitutional. Its also makes it clear that ALL COURTS MUST use only one step to decide a case, not the two steps courts have used to uphold unconstitutional firearm legislation.
