Trump appealed. When he loses at the appellate level, he would appeal to the SC. Trump doesn’t want a final ruling. He wants back in the White House so he can squash the case. The case isn’t about election interference. It’s about holding Rump accountable.

Jack Smith wants this trial finished before the presidential election in 2024, so the voters know when they go to the ballot box if they’re voting for a convicted felon or an exonerated Donald Trump I would believe if Donald Trump knows he’s innocent and can prove it like he says he can.
