The POTUS has become way to powerful. In the fall when conservatives take over the congress, they need to take energy regulation away from the president and give it to a group overseen by the senate, same with the border. Also, they need to give state land/shore control to states and take it out of the hands of the president. The POTUS shouldn't be able to block drilling in N/S Dakota or off the coast of Texas. Also, the ability to wage endless war needs to be reigned in hard.
