Every RedRobin I've been to on a commercial HVAC call has had mold spread like wildfire above their drop ceilings. Pretty Nasty
Tried them 3x in different locations. Never found them to be anything special … or much better than basically palatable.
Unfortunately the red robin I visited decided to save money by not changing the fryer oil. Worst dining experience ever.

I'm 50/50 on Red Robin.. location specific I'm sure but they don't have a great track record on their customer service.. it's spotty and inconsistent at best. They did do above and beyond in many areas but they also lacked in equal amounts.
