Cops took an oath to the Constitution, which is the law of the land. They don't need politicians making laws which are not actual laws in order for them to do their jobs, if they follow the Constitution. Bail is in the Constitution, therefore every politician who voted to remove bail violated their oath to the Constitution, and should be arrested and charged for violating their oath, and endangering the welfare of the citizens among other charges.
