this is another way of stealing from working folks and helping those that don't really want to work or bear responsibilities. I spent 4 years working and going to college part time to get a 2 year degree because I came from a working class family. I never made college a career. I think it is inherently wrong to give to a select few who probably have more assets than who our government takes money from.
One of the problems is that congress in including Biden, made students loans except from bankruptcy which was a push by big banks and colleges. Tuition cost was raised broadly shortly following, I don't believe that's a coincidence.
