Ukraine has become a millstone around Europe's neck. European countries highly dependent on Russia's fossil fuels are concerned about the implications of sanctions on their own economies. Some countries are apparently demanding 16 to 19 billion dollars in Aid to move away from Russian energy. On the flip side Aid comes with strings attached and a battery of lawyers making them permanently dependent US lackeys. Proud nations will not want that option. Russia on the other hand is least affected and has prepared well for the anticipated sanctions. Russia has staunch allies in Asia and Middle East.

Doltenberg is lying through his teeth here, the Russians were not ‘forced back’ from the north of Kharkiv or Kyiv, there was agreement between them to do so, negotiation doesn’t stop while fighting continues; the Russians agreed to pull back from around Kharkiv, do you really think they’d do that if there was the slightest chance of the UKR ‘finding’ mass graves? Ludicrous. Ukraine, regardless of whose side you’re on, have been losing this conflict consistently despite what this man or Johnson or Biden have said, but they keep pumping weapons into Ukraine so NATO can continue to fight the last Ukrainian; now suddenly they’re desperate to find an off-ramp, you know, that thing that they’ve been so desperate to convince everyone in the west that the Russians want so desperately! It would be comical if the situation were not so grave…..
