The purpose of classification is to protect information. Higher classifications protect information that might endanger national security. Classification formalises what constitutes a "state secret" and accords different levels of protection based on the expected damage the information might cause in the wrong hands.
Biden took the documents, Hunter and his Ukraine and Chinese buddies have been all through these documents, and probably have photo copies of them all. And I am sure there are others that haven't been discovered, or have been destroyed already. Biden committed felonies, and nothing will happen to Biden, this will all go away, just like anything else that the Democrats do.
