"Classified" or not, I don't think that certain kind of facts and evidence belong to one man, no matter who is president, to decide what should be classified and what's not . .
Especially If, as incumbent, they had an active role, i n producing those facts in the first place, during the commission 0f War crimes or human rights and Free Speech rights violations. . .
Such as, for instance, when LBJ lied about the Gulf of Tonkin incident; or when Nixon conducted secret bombings in Cambodia, then went after Daniel Ellsberg for exposing them as a whistleblower;…
Or when Obama authorized the assassination of US citizens with secret drones;
Or when Bush and Biden made up lies about WMD to launch an illegal invasion. . .
Which, like so many past and present interventions, not properly authorized by Congress. Blindly jumping into long Quagmire's without a formal declaration of war after taking a deliberated and recorded vote of each and every Congressional member for history . . .
Without which, each member is allowed to wash his hands of Undeclared Wars, which ended up killing so many without an official count simply dismissed as mere "collateral- damage" in so many wars of choice, avoidable conflicts…
, that continue to soil our history up to the present moment.
While I am paying attention to Trump's indictment, I am deeply worried about whether we are allowing epic War crimes far more grave, possibly committed by a series of former incumbents which came before Trump, from a virtual-gallery of "unindicted co-conspirators" so to speak, from a sordid past we as a nation, sadly leave unexamined.

Hillary’s case was very different than what Trump did. Main difference was in their intent. Hillary did not willfully steal and hold onto top secret classified documents. The problem is a rouge DOJ bent on eliminating his chances of re-election because he’s sworn to come after them. He was stupid to let the nations enemies know of his plans. It’s very unfair that, if there was clear evidence of a crime, the DOJ under Trump’s administration never moved forward and indicted Clinton, Obama and/or Biden. His DOJ and FBI appointees should explain immediately why they withheld actions given all the evidence the former (and first to be indicted with federal charges) president claims. Yet, none of that would explain his own actions for which, wether he feels it’s fair or not, he will have the opportunity to provide details at court.

But the guy that recorded it or was there said he never saw the paper he never nothing. And I didn’t find it on Trump or in the paperwork that Trump had. So what are they going to court for? They don’t have proof so Trump talked about the document did trump see what was in the document he said he could prove it’s not true, but he can’t cause it’s classified.
