Non of these suggested laws will actual have an impact. Red Flag laws were in place for the buffalo shooter but that still happened, universal background checks already take place from an legal operating FFL, the Clinton Assault Weapon Ban had no impact on mass shootings, and the list goes on.
Secondly the CDC stats showing mass shooting are skewed because they include 18-21 year old with 98% of those deaths coming from that population. This is a mental health and soft, crime and broken home issue at the heart of it. Solve the problem seeing all these law will only impact law abiding citizens.

The number of mass shootings is like any other statistic, it tells us the condition of society. Right now we know Society is degrading. Limiting assault gun access will just stop good people from protecting themselves from the gang-mentality of those elementary and high school bullies (created the shooter) turn adult looter gangs during a grid failure, climate change shortage, tornado, etc. Take away? Start with the school teachers who empower bullies and gangs by doing nothing.
Let's apply a law that states any politicians who votes in favor of any type of gun reform should immediately and permanently lose their taxpayer funded armed security.
Why should people who aren't mature enough to own a gun be able to vote?
Additionally, I want the same procedure to vote as there is to buy a gun. After all, Dem-politicians claim background checks and age limits are not an infringement on an inalienable right. Therefore, by their logic, they are not an infringement to voting rights.
Every single time an American votes, they must provide an ID with correct address and pay to run a background check. Then after a hour, or 7 days depending on the waiting statute of your state, you are eligible to cast a vote. Some states that require a firearms license/permit will also require a voters license/permit. I mean, these are common sense laws, right?
After all, politicians are responsible for legislations and decisions that have killed far more Americans than firearms ever will. So why shouldn't we take the same precautions with an amendment that's not in the bill of rights, as we do with the inalienable right that states "shall not be infringed"?
