At least 3 rump lawyers rifled through these documents to respond to subpoenas and they all had to lie about the presence of Top Secret/SCI classified documents or admit to viewing them without clearance and then explain why they didn't report the unlawful concealment and unauthorized viewing crimes as officers of the court. Even the FBI needed upgraded clearances. We should all congratulate the latest graduates of the Trump University School of Jailhouse Lawyers and DOJ should ask Judge Cannon for a criminal referral at the hearing today.

Trump was in unauthorized possession of National Defense Information mainly, property identified as Highly Classified Documents
He was put on notice by the U. S. Government that he was NOT PERMITTED TO RETAIN THOSE DOCUMENTS at Mara-Lardo.
He continued to refuse to surrender said Documents after reportedly taking multiple illegal efforts to conceal them in different places throughout his property, eventually prompting the National Archives Division, as well as the FBI to prompt a search of the property, to retrieve the documents that Trump had no right or authority to remove and conceal
On top of all of that, Trump told the National Archives people as well as the FBI that "the documents belonged to him, and he was keeping them"
Let's not forget about inciting a riot at the U.S. Capitol, in his attempt to overthrow the election:
