This is so stupid to do this to all products,why not just have a lock out water meter ,lock out power meter that when what ever we figure out is fair and sufficient for needs to cook,wash,bath,and other things requiring power and water per person and set up for 1,2,3,4 or how many in household .This would make these huge houses use same amount as everyone else ,no special treatment for anyone.
