Go Coast Guard🙏well it’s been a few decades since California has seen this but it’s a regular part the cyclic pattern every 7-12 years. I was down in SD in 1989 THE TJ river flooded and they were pulling horses out by helicopter that were stranded up to their withers in deep muddy water. The beach all along the coast line you could see the ocean was mud brown as far as the eye could see. The chemical runoff from cars and brake pad dust tire residue that’s what kills salmon and other fish.
Hopefully the rain will stop down there soon. It’s sad so many people pets and livestock are displaced or drowned. Very sad, California has its drawbacks 🤷🏼♀️
