This problem is just going to get worse. The electrical grid is in need of an upgrade and with all the electrical vehicles, it mostly likely overbearing load on the grid! Thats what happens under the thumb of a communist governor with "emergency powers" he's at the top collecting a paycheck and nothing gets fixed about the problems!
