I don't think many people that were working in the medical field are going to come back to work unless the work environment/ conditions improves and they make those all those mysterious vaccines that nobody knows what's in them be optional and not mandatory. Let it be up to each individual whether they want to participate in this experimental Russian roulette game to become disabled or meet their maker. If pharmaceutical companies can not stand by their products and be liable, then something is seriously wrong whether it be free or not.
Who do they think is going to take care of all the patients while this is happening? If there’s already a huge shortage of nurses,and that’s the real issue,why should they hire you back ,when now in the present they need to replace you?
Kinda a counter intuitive ,illogical strike.
Here is a prime example of the difference in caring about the patients, (nurses), and caring about the payments, (corporations). This will forever be the main conflict in every aspect of life when our reward system is monetary based. We brag about being so advanced in thinking, yet we have few people who have it all, while inequality, starvation, and homelessness ranking the highest in the world. You tell me, is this the land of opportunity? Are you really free?

The nurses and physicians are asked to do extreme amount of useless paper work and they are unable to focus on real patient care. Those are the culprit of care quality sliding and unsafe
Get rid of the unions and maybe they can afford more nurses. Unions are a thing of the past and only exists because you pay them.

Not to disclaim the hospital RN nurse's reasons for a strike. They perform specialized care in hospital. Nursing homel LPNs can have up to 30 patients each day. Mandatory double shifts in shortages and call outs.That includes post op with wound care, all medical classes and mental health.Nursing all around is severely underpaid and over worked. Since covid medical care has been critical. New York should have kept the medical Hospital ships until the crisis has passed regardless how long it takes. This is not a negligent move to strike. Nurses having nervous breakdowns becoming physically sick committing suicide. This is 'The REAL' going on. Something has to be done and has to be done …RIGHT NOW!

You should all be charged along with the Doctor’s and Administration for crimes against humanity. You helped murdered patients, your 99 year protection has expired, many were having fun doing their little happy dance’s. Your patients had Influenza A or B, virologist have found nothing else in the positive tests. Did you attempt to lobotomize patients with the swabs? You are trained nurses there is no excuse for your own behavior.

I get it I really do and I mean they're probably right I mean as far as Healthcare goes. It's just going down the more the government has got into it and this is the reason you got so much chaos like this going on hospitals cuz government has got into Hospitals now they got into the healthcare business and they're not making any money and this is what conservatives always warned about and start having more and more Universal Health Care it's going to be like this is all we're paying because it's got to come out of the taxes and instead of coming out of competition but this is a pretty evil way to do it because essentially you're leaving people with no care to possibly die over your paycheck I just wish there was a better way of doing this without being this evil about it and I don't know what that is but I do know that if you get a raise and you walk back in that hospital why would I think that you give it crap about me or anybody else as a nurse just cuz you're making more money when you is perfectly willing to stand on the sidewalk and let me die you know 10 minutes ago so I don't know what the answer is and I don't know how they could have done it but I just say things you just playing with people's lives this way so the first one of these hoes out here that yelled that the hospital's evil and all this stuff they might want to look in the mirror first cuz you're willing to stand out on the sidewalking let people die too bunch of hypocrisy these days or maybe we can just see it more of these days I don't know
