The mistake they made was putting the entire tour on sale at one time.
They need to go back and sell tickets the way they used to. 1 city at a time. Idk when they changed that, but when I purchased tickets years ago, there was no Q of 2000+ people. The website could handle sales of just that date and venue to all people trying to get tickets for that specific concert with no one having to sit and wait “ for a turn” that’s insane

I find this all Hilarious. The really funny part is the number of people that blame ticket master. The “Artist” wants to make as much money as possible per show. They even brag about it. Half a million for a show. With such huge demands smaller promoters can not compete. That leaves only one company that can afford this. However rather than attack Ticket Master, politicians can fix the problem by making it illegal to sell tickets for more than the original price. This is the real problem. Bots hit the ticket site to buy up loads of tickets to be resold at higher prices. Simply stop this by making it illegal. Sadly Ticket Master and the “Artists” don’t want this. In order for Everyone to make the most they need a sell out and the only way to ensure that is with third party sellers buying loads of Tickets.

Why are ppl protesting because of a crash at Ticketmaster so stupid evidently you ppl have a lot of money and don’t pay a lot for Groceries, Electricity and Gas things that are needed everyday. Back in 1994 when Pearl Jam confronted ticketmaster at the Justice Department. Nothing changed. Later it was found out ticketmaster gave "free front row concert tickets" to politicians at the hearing days before the hearings happened. That's why nothing changed.

I am shocked at people thinking this is something new. The Taylor Swift has happened plenty of times to other artists. I am a K-pop fan, and it is worst for us due to limited venues, higher ticket prices to start with, and how Ticketmaster encourages people to triple the resale value of tickets. Why..because Ticketmaster gets a cut. And if the ticket does not resale, Ticketmaster still made money. And do not get me started on the Platinum tickets Ticketmaster has. It would be nice if the system changes to allow fans to see their artists without having to spend more than the ticket is originally worth.
The only "fiascos" involved in this ridiculous waste of taxpayers money is #1 all the fuss about Taylor Swift – a manufactured, overhyped very average entertainer and #2 that the Senate of the United States is spending MILLIONS of dollars "investigating" a company that sells tickets.

There is other places that don't have ticket master and is fine. This is a north American thing that needs to fix. Half of the time fans don't get tickets it's resalers and the mark up is ridiculous
