  1. Imagine thinking this will stop China. 😂

  2. the algorithm favors user content based on numbers of followers and trending topics. it does not favor one thing over the other based on ideology, or journalistic interest. that is the key difference for me that the legal analyst did not mention! and i mean this for all social media OTHER THAN TIKTOK. tiktok certainly has its ideology and malintent baked into the algorithm courtesy of the chinese communist party.

  3. Looks like the wallets of those on the supreme court are a little fatter today.

  4. What is it called, when a cooperation allows illegal activity or ads and Abet in such activity by allowing such things on their websites or by those "they employ?" Crimminal Enterprise: Racketeering; who receives special protection under the law. just asking!?

  5. the 1st Amendment is just a joke, as well as the 2nd Amendment

  6. Way to go Montana! Social media is decay to our society.

  7. Both twitter and Google have been paid players against political candidates. Bet the government was using their agents to spy on foreign citizens.

  8. JUST CAUSE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SEZ IT'S TRUE, DOESN'T MEAN IT IS SO ?
THEY HAVE ALREADY SHOWED THEIR CARD'S

  9. IT IS NOT THE JOB OF THE SCOTUS TO MAKE SUCH LAW'S !

  10. Everyone in Montana will use a VPN to access TikTok it's not going to stop anyone

  11. Tik tok needs banned nationwide we dont need it

  12. I’m sure tik-tok will collapse after loosing all those subscribers in Montana

  13. OMG!!!!! TikTok just lost 13 subscribers.

  14. Good luck with that one MAGA-NUTS!

  15. It's a start better late than never

  16. The wisest thing that should be on everyone's mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on the govt. Especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in Gold, Silver and digital currencies (BTC,ETH…)

  17. Just for the record, alot of us speculated about this exact thing in the 80's and 90's. We saw this and you said we were crazy. Well, we were right, you were wrong, whatever.

  18. Yeah how's that gonna work?…
What they gonna stop people and check their phones 🤷‍♂️…

  19. The best way to eliminate a foreign threat (TikTok) is to create a domestic competitor.

  20. Tik Tok is going to lose billions and billions of dollars over this.
