ORACLE isn't exactly a vote of confidence. Ever since ORACLE took over the MICROS OPERA PMS systems a lot of hotel chains use, it takes 4-5 times longer to check in a guest and manage hotel issues, and a lot still can't match local inventory with chain inventory (and tech support is useless). ORACLE is a horrible software company, or at least it has been for the hotel industry.
