I can attest to this with my wife. She’s been sitting on her degree for 7 years and after Covid a TON of jobs opened up for her. We make a decent living combined but I’m 38 now and we want to buy a house but everything is ridiculous now.

I grew up in the 70’s inflation was above 12 % and interest rate where 20%and somehow the boomer chicks had to put on there big boy pants on and ignore that in those days women were we’re totally treated unfairly and it actually made us more productive. Through the years that totally changed , I say they should be pissed at the prophesiers that sold them that bill of goods and the governments that stoled all their money through high tuition and the institutions that they were unrolled in , complaining will only keep them weak and needy

When Americans decided it was a good idea to use cheap money to exploit the housing for maximum profits I knew the big players weren't far behind.What person didn't realize that the cycle of buying a non perishable commodity today and sell it for 10%-15% mark up in 4 to 5 months was going to lead to a housing bubble?
The rents are over priced. The home owners should not be allowed to over rate their property to renters, just like they cant go get an equity loan if their house isnt worth that much. Its unfair that they are putting more than a fair price for housing. They are having the renters pay their whole mortgage plus their living expenses at this rate. Its horribly unfair
