How horrible! That is so rude and cruel how that drunk Mexican woman talked to those ladies from India. I am not racist at all, and I do not like hate crimes against any race either. I have some Hispanic friends who would never ever talk to someone like this at all who have good morals and are educated. I also have many friends from India and they are good and decent people who are very intelligent who I highly respect who come from a very closeknit culture. Nobody is talking about the elephant in the affidavit room. NONE of the crimes included in the referenced US criminal codes, which the FBI referenced in the affidavit apply to the President. The codes define the positions and statuses of the people who could be criminally charged, and these people are not elected individuals, but instead are there by nomination or being selected by the top administrator in their field. The magistrate judge should have bothered to read these US Crimanal codes referenced.
Secondly, it was the National Archives themselves that disapproved "intent" (mens rea), by stating the classified documents were loosely collected and mixed in with other random documents. If they were collected with intent, or a purpose, they would have been separated and indexed somehow.
Yeah….. to be charged with a crime, there has to be an applicable law stating who would be in violation of the criminal code. EXAMPLE: you can be charged with impersonating a police officer, have referenced the criminal codes in a legal affidavit, but it ceases to be a crime if you ARE a police officer.
And again, the magistrate judge overlooked the rules of law when he approved the warrant. He just reacted to the emotional extent of the criminal code violations, and ignored if there was even a crime. Instead of judging the merits of the affidavit, he judged the guilt of Trump in face of evidence to the contrary. 3
