Media keeps talking about the many civilian casualties, as they should. However, videos out of Ukraine show civilians firing on Russian tanks from second or third floor windows. Also gun toting soldiers helping old ladies walk thru rubble. Well intended perhaps, but soldiers should stay far away from civilians and occupied buildings. Especially hospitals and schools. The many thousands of armed militia should be clearly identified, led by military officers and also kept away from civilians and buildings.
Is this being done? No one will answer. Media are not asking.
