I was in Asia a few months ago, i met a nurse, i asked her "oh so are you applying to America soon?", she just laughed at me and said "no i'm applying to the UK". I spoked to a few more nurses and med techs and apparently USA is considered a shthole country and all the nurses first option is to go to Europe or Canada with USA, Australia, and Middle East coming in at #3. So only the bottom performing nurses go to the USA (the ones with bad English and low test scores) while the top performing nurses go to Europe.
