Special counsel Jack Smith leveled new charges against Donald Trump on Thursday – including an allegation that he sought to delete surveillance video – and indicted a second Trump aide for obstruction of justice in the hoarding of classified information.
Carlos De Oliveira, an employee of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, is accused of lying about helping indicted aide Walt Nauta hide subpoenaed boxes of classified information around Trump’s home, according to a superseding indictment filed in the Florida-based case.

Im willing to bet, just like every other accusation laid out against him lately, this is either a fabrication or he's been gaslighted…

1. Russian collusion was funded and pushed by the Hillary campaign.
2. "The impundancy act" wasnt violated in any way and more money was even sent before the prdetermined deadline.
3. The 1st and second impeachment trials were total shams.
4. There was no inciting of violence had. This is confirmed by his twitter account, phone records (as he wanted the NG there 2 weeks BEFORE the event to help bolster security which both pelosi and the DC mayor denied.)
5. There is written documentation from stormy herself that any sort of money she received from Trump was NOT hush money, it also refutes the idea there was any kind of "relationship" had between him and her. (Not to mention that there really was no actual financial record showing the abuse of campaign funds.)
6. Records show he actually paid the correct amount in taxes and that new york actually OWES him money.
7. Courtesy of the presidential priviledge act Trump IS allowed to posses and declassify ANY documents created during his time as president.
Im sure there are many, MANY more instances had but this is ultimately going to turn out to be another bogus accusation that will end up working out in his favor… free publicity and campaigning had for him honestly.
