Why doesn't anyone point out that PENCE can voluntarily testify about anything he wants to testify about unless it is actually "classified" information ? He could testify about his duties on J6, IF he wanted to… as long as he doesn't divulge classified info., and Trump can't stop him. Being 'REQUIRED" to answer questions — violating the 'speech or debate clause ' —- and doing so voluntarily, because it's the right thing to do, are two separate things. Pence is making lame excuses to protect himself and/or Donald Trump, and Trump is deliberately sabotaging the justice system, along with the U. S. political and legal system in general.

I would really like to know if Pence knew about the plan for "marching" to the capital. Rudy was talking about the planned coup to anyone who would listen. So, he didn't hear anything about fraud or claimed violation to voting machines. How about noticing all the "new" faces in the oval office with Trump. The meetings in the "war room" with numerous lawmakers, how about that, was he invited? It's highly unlikely he didn't know anything. He neglected to inform anyone. I'd like him to answer those questions.
