In the past, Presidents did not have immunity for crimes they committed while in office but they couldn't be sued for decisions and actions they took while in office…and why are Trump and his lawyers seeking full immunity for crimes if the ex-president did nothing wrong?… When you can't argue the facts, launch into personal attacks; this strategy always works in the court of public opinion aka kangaroo court but it never works in a court of law.
