It was agreed that each NATO country would spend 2% GDP on defence. It is extremely unfair when some countries don't abide by this aggreement like Germany that only spend 1,2% GDP. When somone points this out, although maybe somewhat clumsy as Trump did, everyone seems surprised. 😳
