Mr. Trump's only hope here is to delay the trial and get it moved to a federal court so that he can pardon himself if he can somehow manage to gain the oval office agian – and that's just this crime.

Being as This Court Date Supersedes the 1st Court Case it is in Violation of the Grand Jury Rules, its is in Violation of the 5th Ammendment and is also the Bill of Rights. You can not be Indicted by a Prosecutor but in fact a Jury.
