After reading the inditement, it claims Trump interfered in the election to defraud voters, And hid campaign payments, the problem is Braggs claim is that the charges are from 2017, well after the 2016 election, he also would not need to disclose any campaign payments and funding until months after the 2020 election, which Trump lost.
