So at the very least, he should never have a security clearance ever again, which means he can't be president, speaker, etc. And what this looks like to me, that they are saying it is a high bar to prove he did anything that warrants charges, you are saying, if I had access to TS security files, which is "grave" consequences in the wrong hands, and I copy or take those files but do nothing with them, I would not be charged? I find that highly unlikely. Once again there are two standards out there. Rich-powerful vs everyone else. The DOJ is the biggest joke out there. It is like the pendulum swung the other way.
