  4. A dozen or so State Attorney Generals believed at least one of the issues had merit. The Supreme Court has express and exclusive jurisdiction to resolve suits between states. Seems to me standing exists. Texas for example has a legit interest in elections of other states being lawfully conducted. I think the Supreme Court should have heard the case. Over and over again evidence was squelched and hearing denied.

  5. The fact is that some states did not follow the election procedures provided by their legislatures. The Constitution puts that authority in the legislatures. The objection(s) were colorable in fact one court held the PA election was invalid (other states are similar). The notion that this issue did not deserve a hearing is corrupt.

  6. Pence obviously has not read the statute or does not understand it. If there is a properly signed objection, he has a duty to refer it to the two chambers of Congress for resolution (in some instances the relevant State Tribunal then confirmed by the two chambers of Congress). He apparently intended to violate his duty under the statute. He actually did what he claimed not to want to do (unilaterally decided in favor of one side).

  7. Trump did say, VP Pence do his job, well at least Pence was the only one, who did defend the constitution

  8. O my god. Pictures of a phone call! Wow! Smh! What a dumb headline!

  9. damm big ears he needs to grow his hair

  10. From the movie Donnie Brasco —

Lefty: When I introduce you, I'm gonna say, "This is a friend of mine." That means you're a connected guy. Now if I said instead, this is a friend of ours that would mean you a made guy. A Capiche?

From the Oval Office asking Pence to overturn the election:

Trump: I don't want to be your friend anymore.

  11. Trump gonna win again power to the people not the government

  12. is the β€œp word” puta?

  13. surprisingly comprehensive.

  14. Trump's speeches maintain a style similar in tone to the deranged antagonists of a Mad Max movie

  15. This reminds me of the amber heard trial πŸ€”
