jack smith tried to indict Sen Menedez in 2017-2018 it didn't work. Sen Menedez voted against the Obama Iran nuclear deal, which caused an upset. now Biden is working on a new Iran nuclear deal coming down the pipe line, and Mendez is against it. ($6 billion was released to Iran for exchange of prisoners). dive deeper into why they want Menedez out now, instead of two years ago? Biden DoJ corruption.
