Brandon Leconey and Rebecca Halbach were charged with animal cruelty and child endangerment after police found the bodies of at least 30 dogs in a home where a 9-year-old boy also lived. WCAU’s Rosemary Connors reports.

I love dogs I live for the love of my animals. But I have watch animal cops and pitbulls and parolees my whole life and I always say the same thing
" I will sooner shot myself in the foot before I do that to a dog"
There need to be a law that says people like them shouldn't be able to have animals or children.
This is happening across the country, shelters are overcrowded with dogs and they are killing them
