Two prisoners have escaped from a correctional facility in Philadelphia by cutting through the fence in the prison’s recreation yard. WCAU’s Aaron Baskerville has the details.

Spending millions on Prisoners is one of the biggest waste of tax payer dollars ever. They're housed in million dollar facilities and get great health care better than a lot of folks that aren't in Prison and to top that off you get stories like this of prisoners escaping these un escapable prisons.
