I’ve literally seen the booting company place the boot on the vehicle, wait by the car for the person come back out 5-10 minutes later and then process the payment to remove the boot…we’re talking UNDER 10 minutes y’all!

This is one of the more silly stories I've ever seen. If you are parked illegally you can be towed or booted. Sounds like people would prefer to be towed. Either way you cant access your vehicle without paying, and towing costs more ofnyour time and money

Went to Atlanta briefly once, wasn’t impressed. Just a nightmare of high prices and inconveniences. More hassles and reason to never visit again.
Atlanta needs to put the owners of predatory booting companies in prison, and levy huge fines against people and businesses that take kickbacks from them. And they should force all booting companies to go non-profit so they can't pretend that it's their shareholders fault.
It's really hard to keep a company honest when it's basically in the blackmail business. So Atlanta needs to be incredibly harsh with booting companies. And that booting company CEO should stop his whining. These companies ruined things for themselves. They didn't have to be predatory, but they took advantage and now people hate their guts.
Better yet, make it completely illegal and arrest every booter. And since this is about predatory booting, the people of Atlanta should open a class action lawsuit against these scumbags.
They're not superheroes. They are antivillains.
Some people really deserve to have their vehicles booted because of the risks some of them impose on others, like driving past a red light and nearly crashing into innocent drivers.
